Folks, I'm not getting paid a dime for this video or blog.
Mr. LaPuma was featured in a video advertisement and everything he mentioned have already been approved for Marymount College to move forward with, IF they choose to.
I do hope the new athletic field, gymnasium, pool, tennis courts, library, parking lot improvements, classroom renovations and every other piece of The Marymount College Facilities Expansion Project gets built and allows residents from our community to enjoy the benefits of having Marymount College move into the 21st. century.
Mr. LaPuma and I seem to be in completement agreement in that what he says he wants is what I also want and what we both want is ready to have shovels applied.
Marymount College has all the municipal codes it currently needs to begin work it approved in writing.
No new codes are necessary. No more votes by the Rancho Palos Verdes Planning Commission or the City Council are needed to get The Project headed towards completion.
Please vote "No" on Measure P, The Marymount Plan.
