Red Shows Delays By Marymount

Click on Graph to Enlarge.

This is the actual timeline that illustrates in which months items were accomplished regarding reaching the approvals that granted Marymount College the rights to build on their campus.

The graph ends at the end of March, 2010 when the Rancho Palos Verdes City Council approved The Marymount College Facilities Expansion Project and gave Marymount representatives the rights to begin work, which they have yet to begin.

The red portions show the months the Project was held up or otherwise delayed from receiving approval due to things Marymount and its representatives held up.

What is not indicated on this timeline is the period between March, 2010 and November, 2010 and the eight months of additional delays caused by Measure P, The Marymount Plan, itself.

Clearly, delays, false starts, inaction, and other problems are illustrated in graph form like this or in the mountains of documented created then stored over the years.
