Out With The False and Misleading, In With The Legal Statement

Below is the link to the legal version of Rebuttal of Arguments Against Measure P, The Marymount Plan.

Mr. Jeffrey Lewis, the Petitioner in a lawsuit against Respondents representing Marymount College, requested that the language ruled as false and misleading by Judge David Yaffe be stricken from the ballot argument illustrated above that was on the city of Rancho Palos Verdes Web site.

The old language at the top, has been removed and replaced with a copy of the image above.

With no specific denial by Dr. Michael Brophy, President of Marymount College to me and no other representative of Marymount College contacting me to indicate that anything in this blog is untrue, false, deceptive, or misleading PLUS any of the same individuals contacting that illustrations and documentation concerning The Marymount Plan and Measure are not deceptive, contain false elements, and/or can be interpreted as misleading, I stand by the credibility of everything I believe and can document to be true and I continue to question the credibility of representatives of Marymount College.

This is a terrible and sad situation Marymount College representatives seem to have placed themselves and it is no way to administer and promote an institution of higher learning, in my opinion.
